Dr. Tellman was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is married and has two children. He enjoys spending time with his family in the area, following Indiana professional and college athletics, and trying new restaurants.
Education:
Dr. Tellman graduated Summa Cum Laude from Saint Louis University with a B.A. in both Philosophy and Biology. He received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Tellman completed his internship in General Surgery and his residency in Urologic Surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska.
