Urology of Indiana has board certified urologists, board certified urogynecologists and licensed advanced practice practitioners who deliver care across multiple locations throughout central Indiana. The care team provides complete diagnosis and treatment for urologic disorders in men, women and children.

Set Up Your Patient Portal
Patients are able to complete medical forms online prior to their appointment. A profile on the Patient Portal: MyMedicalLocker is required to complete the paperwork. If you have already setup MyMedicalLocker, you can skip this step and go directly to the patient portal.
Prescription Refill?
Patients are able to request prescription refills in the Patient Portal MyMedicalLocker. If you do not have a profile for MyMedicalLocker, please complete the Patient Portal Setup process.
Information About Telehealth at Urology of Indiana
Urology of Indiana offers telehealth visits in addition to seeing patients in our offices. This enables patients to see providers “remotely” from the safety and security of their home.
These appointments are covered by most health insurance plans just like a regular office visit. To get started, you will need to download the “Anywhere Care” App from your App store.
