Beginning Monday, July 6th, all Urology of Indiana patients are required to complete Pre-Appointment Check-In paperwork online prior to arriving for their appointments. This includes office appointments as well as Telehealth visits. You can visit our Patient Help Center to begin the process.

Urology of Indiana Telehealth appointments are now “Live”. Please watch this video with Urologist Dr. Alex Tatem to understand how to get started and schedule an appointment.
