Urology of Indiana recently announced our quarterly CAARE Recognition winner. This Program reflects our core values: Compassion, Adaptability, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. While we strive to exemplify these values on a daily basis, we created a program to recognize individuals that go above and beyond for our organization with their dedication and hard work.

Christina deserves this nomination for the CAARE Award for her enthusiasm and dedication to her job and to Urology of Indiana. She always shows up ready to work and gives every task and day her full effort from the first minute until the work is done. She is happy to help in whatever role or assignment she is given, never complaining or asking for anything. Christina is gracious and extremely pleasant to work with and be around. Her dedication to the job is impressive, making sure that everything is done the right way the first time. She is responsible and always follows through on her responsibilities and promises.
Christina is genuine and sincere with patients. There are people you work with who give you confidence that they are as dedicated and committed as you, and she is definitely one of those people. She shows, in her attitude and approach, that she always wants to do her absolute best on every task, every day, every time.
