While we strive to exemplify these values on a daily basis, we created a program to recognize individuals that go above and beyond for our organization with their dedication and hard work.
Renee Delano, Patient Access Supervisor
Renee Delano is a vital member to our Urology of Indiana Avon office. She continues to go above and beyond to make sure the office runs smoothly. She has helped train several staff members and is a great role model for them. She is always the first person that staff and providers count on to help find a solution and jumps in as soon as she is called. Renee greets our patients with a smile, no matter how hectic her day is.
She also cares for all staff and patients, going out of her way to help and make sure everyone’s day runs smoothly. Without her, the office would not function as efficiently. Renee exemplifies every characteristic we search for in an employee at Urology of Indiana.
